° 10 pack egg rolls
° 2 c cook sirloin steaks
° 1/2 green pepper cut into thin slices
° 1/2 purple onion, finely chopped
° 3 tablespoons butter
° 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
° 5 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
° Canola oil for frying
° 1 lightly beaten egg
+To prepare the sauce:
° 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
° 1 tablespoon of milk
° 1 teaspoon hot horseradish
° 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper

* Methods :

 Fill a frying pan or saucepan with at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) of canola oil. Heat 375 degrees F .
In -skillet, dissolve butter on  heat. Adding sweet pepper slices & onion also cook to soft (for 5 min), & adding meat also garlic powder & mix. Move to the warm room and leave the cool room.

Time cool, putting one envelope of egg roll on clean, dried surface & brush all edge with light beaten egg. Lay 2 tranches of steak, bell pepper, & onion & an angled in center of sheet, then adding half  tranche of provolone-cheese. Fold bottom corner of parchment paper on filling, & fold it on to right & left sides. Rolling up to rest corner & close.
Repeat process with remaining egg roll & filling.

Put 2 or three egg rolls at  time in hot oil. Cooking & flip for 3 to 5 min  . Lay it out on  plate lined with paper towel.
To prepare sauce:
Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl also whisk to mixed .
