Slow Cooker Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches are so subtle and delicious, you'll feel like you're in a Philly. Perfect for a crowd!

* Ingredients :
° 2½ to 3 pounds of lean ground beef
° 2 green peppers, thinly sliced
° 1 onion thinly sliced
° 1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
° 2 c. beef stock
° 2 t. black pepper
° 3 t. garlic salt
° 6 hoji bread
° 12 slices of provolone cheese

Cut the round beef into thin slices and fry for 1 minute in a frying pan
Add green pepper, onion, broth, garlic salt, pepper and sauce mixture to the crock pot and cover
Cook on low heat for 8 hours
