The mandarin gives it a boost of freshness while the Parmesan gives it a bite of edginess and vibrancy.
*Ingredients
° 1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (I use dry) I will use Sugar Free
° 1 can crush pineapple (not drained)
° 2 can mandarin orange
° 1 pkg Cool Whip 8 oz (You can use fat-free)
*Directions:
Mix Cool Whip and instant vanilla pudding (don't make the pudding, just use it dry).
Adding crush, uncut pineapple & both can drain mandarin-oranges. Save a some mandarin oranges to garnish the top of salad. Putting it in fridge to thiick again 2 hours before you want to using it.
You can making this even healthier by choose an instant pudding blend with some /no sugar, cold whisk, also fresh mandarin.
I specially like whip Cold Whip for my salad as per origin.
