Mexican Tortilla Casserole


* Ingredients
° 1 lb. mince meat
° 1/2 c diced onion...
° 1 pack of taco season mix
° 2 c shred cheddar cheese
° 1 Bean can be refried (easy to spread if you heat them in the microwave)
° 1 c prepared rice (I used flour rice)
° A can Mexican corn (drained) 
° 4-5 tortillas
° 8 ounces thick sauce (your choice of light or hot)

* directions :

Spraying springform, around cake pan, or casserole plate with cook spray
Minced brown beef, onions and drainer
Adding taco season and cook accorde to pack direction
Putting 1 tortila in bottom of baking dish also spreading 3 of beans on it, cover with a third of meat and sprinkling with a little cheese.
Second layer of tortillas, 1/2 rice, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 corn and cheese
3rd layer tortilla, 1/3 beans, 1/3 meat, cheese
4 layers of tortillas. Bean, meat, corn, rice, sauce & cheese
Bake covered with tin foil for about 40 minutes and bake for 10-15 minutes. Permit it for 5 min before slice . After bake with sour cream, diced onions & shredded lettuce if wanted
