French-onion, bacon & cheese cobb-dip

* Ingredients :

° 1 teaspoon olive oil
° 150g finely chopped short bacon
° 1 red onion cut into thin slices
° 375gm soft cream cheese
° 1/2 cup (150 g) mayonnaise
° ½ cup (60 grams) delicious grated cheese
° 40 g can of French onion soup mix
° 1/4 cup minced chives
° 450 gm Coles bakery white loaf cup
° Chopped chives, extra, for sprinkling
° Vegetable sticks for serving

Step 1
The oven is heated to 180 ° C. Covering baking tray with baking-paper.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium to high heat. Add bacon and onion and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until bacon begins to turn brown. Transfer the mixture to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain.

Combine bacon mixture, cream cheese, mayonnaise, savory cheese, soup mix, and chives in a large bowl. season.

Use a serrated knife to cut 4 cm from the top of the cup loaf and hold it. Lift the bread from the middle of the loaf, leaving a crust 2 cm thick. Cut the bread into 3 cm pieces.
