CHICKEN & SPINACH-PASTA-BAKE



Incredible Caramelized Spinach & Onion Chicken Pasta made with two whole bags of spinach for extra veggies and a lightening creamy Parmesan sauce.  This healthy, protein-packed chicken pasta bake is the perfect weeknight dinner when you're craving something warm and comforting!

*Ingredients
° 8 ounces uncooked rigatoni (use Dreamfields to reduce carbs!!)
° 1 olive oil
° 1 cup chopped onion
° 1 pack (10 ounces) frozen-spinach, thawed
° 3 c cooked cubes chicken-breast
° 1 (14 oz) can Italian-style diced tomatoe, un-drained
° 1 package (8 ounces) Philadelphia chives and cream cheese
° Half salt and half pepper
° 1½ g cheese mozzarella

* Directions :
Preparing rigatoni accorde to pkg instructions . Spreading oil on bottom of an 11" x 7" baking dish; Adding onions in 1 layer. Baking at 375 for 15 min or to set. Transfering onions to bowl also set apart .
Drain the chopped spinach well, pressing between paper towels. Add rigatoni, spinach, chicken, / the next four ingredients to onions in a bowl. Pour mixture to dish and sprinkle equally with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake covered at 375 for 30 minutes; Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until bubbly.
