° 2 heads cauliflower, cut to florets
° 3 tsp of flour
° 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
° 3 cloves garlic, minced
° 2 c milk
° 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
° 2 ounces soft cream cheese
° 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
° ¼ c chopped green onion
° Salt and pepper to taste
*directions :
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In  saucepan, boil cauliflower florets in salt water for 3 min.Drain totally and rinse with cold water to stop cook.
In saucepan, melt butter on heat.
Adding garlic and cooking for 30 sec .
Sprinkleingwith flour & cooking about a few min , stir constantly. 
Whisk in milk, and cook to it thick .
Adding cream cheese also stir to totally melt .
Remove the thick mixture from the heat and add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Placing drained cauliflower in  greased casserole plate .
Pour cheese sauce on cauliflower also toss to coat.
Adding half of crumbled bacon & chop green onions, stir to well combined.
Sprinkling rest 1/4 c of cheddar cheese on cauliflower.
Topping with rest bacon also & chop green onions.
Baking for 30 min to bubbling also slightly brown on top.
