Boil-Seafood Recipe – Try it, will-not-regret it !



This simple and fun recipe to prepare would be perfect for outdoor receptions. And thanks to the perfect aluminum foil for the ALCAN® grill, cleaning will be like magic !


* Ingredients
° 1 pound new small potatoes, cut into quarters
° 2 pounds un-cooked shrimp, peel & deveined
° 1 pound kale basa sausage, cut into rings
° 2 corn cobs, halves
° 4 tablespoons. unsalted butter
° 4 tablespoons. olive oil
° 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
° 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
° 1 lemon cut into 4 wedges
° 1 c. 1/2 tsp freshly black pepper
° Crispy bread and hot sauce as a side dish

* Preparation :

Step 1
Grilling temperature is approximately 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
The second step
Put the chopped potatoes in a large saucepan filled with water and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, to start the cooking process.
Step 3
Arrange four sheets of ALCAN® Ideal Grill Foil (12 x 18 inches), non-stick (mat) side up, on a clean work surface.
Step 4
Divide the shrimp, lightly cooked potatoes, kielbasa sausage, and corn over the four leaves, stacking the ingredients in the middle. Pour a tablespoon of butter and pour a tablespoon of olive oil on each pile. Drizzle each with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle each stack generously with Cajun seasoning. Put lemon juice on each pile, then add shrimp, potatoes and steak. Sprinkle black pepper.
Step 5
Close each sheet of aluminum foil in an airtight pocket. Put it on the grill and close the lid. Grill and steam 15 to 18 minutes, until shrimp and potatoes are completely cooked through.
Step 6
Provide the service after unpacking the bags carefully. Served with bread slices and hot sauce.
