Best Bacon and Potato Ranch on BBQ!

* Ingredients :
° 1.5 pounds (0.68 kg) potatoes
° 1/3 cup (85 ml) ranch dressing
° 4 slice bacon, cook & cut to pieces
° 1/4 cup (65 ml) shredded cheddar cheese
° 2 tsp fresh chop parsley
° Salt and pepper to taste, in oil, Pam style

* Preparation:
Heat the grill to 350°F (176°C). Brush well, wash and cut the potatoes into slices.
Prepare the wafer. Use Heavy Duty if you have it, otherwise it's double layered.
Spray with non-stick oil. My heart the potatoes with the sauce on the tin foil.
Top with bacon, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Heat it on one side for 15 minutes. Flip casserole and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
