Amish White Bread

*Ingredients
° 2 cups warm water about 110-120 degrees
° white sugar cups
° 1½ tablespoons yeast
° 1½ teaspoon salt
° Half a cup of vegetable oil
° 6 cups of flour

Add salt, oil and half of the flour together.

Put a saran wrap or a warm, damp washcloth over it
Set aside in a cloud-free area and allow to rise until doubled in size. about 1 hour

Remove the cap and punch down.
Place on a floured surface and cut in half.
Lay out in the form of a rectangle and roll "jelly" into a loaf.
Pinch ends together and place in greased 9 x 5 baking trays.
Repeat with the other half.
Cover and leave until doubled in size, about 30-50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Once double the size of the bread for 25-30 minutes.
Pull it out and brush it with butter.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before removing it to a cooling rack.
