30 Min Roll


Easy to making also wonderfully delicious, these 30 Min Rolls are perfect addition to any meal!


* Ingredients:
° 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water
° Half a cup of oil
° 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
° Half a cup of sugar
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 1 egg
° 3½ cups of flour (either bread flour or all-purpose flour)

*directions:
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
2. In the bowl of your stand mixer, mix warm water and oil,
Yeast and sugar. Leave mix rest about 16 minutes.
3. Mix 2 cups of flour, salt and eggs into the yeast mixture
Using a dough hook. Add 1½ cups flour, remaining ½ cup in 1 .
time.
4. Shape the dough into 12 balls and put them in a 9 x 13 pan. Permit dough rest
about 10 min.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
