This turtle cheesecake recipe is made with a graham cracker crust and lots of caramel, chocolate, and pecan nuts! It's rich and creamy and is sure to be a hit!

+CRust :
° 1-3/4 cup (1-1/2 package) chocolate graham crackers (powdered)
° 1/3 cup margarine (melted)
° 3-8 ounces cream cheese
° 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
° 1/2 cup sugar
° 3 eggs
° 3 tablespoons lemon juice
° 1 tablespoon vanilla
°3/4 cup chocolate chips
First place:
° 1/4 m. small chocolate chips
° 1/2 m. Caramel Ice Cream
° 1/2 m. Hot fudge ice cream
° 1/4 C.   pecans chop

* methods :

• Blend graham crackers also butter in bowl with fork // press to bottom and 1-1/2 inch up from springform mould.
• Whisk cream cheese // condensed milk to creamy.
• Adding rest of the fill ingredients to well blended .
• Removing c of filling and set apart . Melt chips chocolate for 1 min (just to melted) // mix them all to the 1 c reserved.
• Cast half of white filling to crust, & fill chocolate, then last half of fill white. Taking knife & sweetly swirl colors.
• Bake in the oven at 300 hours for 1 hour 15-30 minutes - until light golden on top and edges are set with slightly medium motions. It cools totally & cools down. ** (I put  pie pan filled with water on bottom during rack cooking time for moisture. Also, turn off the oven and leave the pie in the oven to cool for 1-2 hours before taking it out of the oven)
• Remove outer ring just before decorating and serving
• Top and middle outer edge with 1/4 cup mini choco. flakes & 1/4 c pecans (chop). Sprinkling dissolved chips chocolate // caramel all on top // drizzle sides.
