Super Easy 2 Ingredient Lemon Bars are mixed and cooked in no time! All it takes is a can of cake mix and a little lemon cream to create these deliciously light and airy lemon bars! They are perfect with a light dusting of icing sugar and can be served on any occasion!
* Ingredients :
° 16 oz angel food cake (1 box canned angel food cake mix)
° 21 oz lemon cream filling (lemon pie filling or homemade lemon curd)
* Instructions :
Preheaat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) & thoroughly oil or spray 9 * 13 baking plate with nonstick cook spray.
In large bowl, toss angel food cake mix with lemon custard pie filling.Stir until the pie mixture is incorporated into the lemon custard (or lemon custard), as you don't want to over-mix the dough.

Transfer the lemon paste to the mold you made and use a spatula to smooth the top. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted comes out with minimal crumbs (but no hanging dough. with a toothpick). Remove the lemon bars from the oven when cooked and place them on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.Sprinkle wiith powdered sugar if wanted .
