Shrimp Tortellini Alfredo


Creamy to perfection, this easy dinner of tortellini topped with Alfredo sauce and Nordic shrimp has absolutely everything to please!

* Ingredients :

Cheese tortellini
° 1 350g package of cheese tortellini
Alfredo sauce
° 500 ml (2 cups) Alfredo sauce
Nordic shrimps
° 300 g (500 ml) Nordic shrimp
Frozen green peas
° 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) frozen green peas
Fresh basilic
° 45 ml (3 tbsp.) basil-minced

* Methods :

In pot salted boiling water, cooking tortellini to al dente. Drain.
In a bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce with the shrimp, green peas and basil.
Add the tortellini to the bowl and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce.
Divide the tortellini in airtight containers. Permit cool, & chill in refrigerator.
Place airtight containers in the freezer.
The day before the meal, let the tortellini thaw in the refrigerator.
At mealtimes, reheat the tortellini for 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave.
