*Raspberry-Lemon-Cheesecake-Bars*

* Ingredients

+For crust:
° 1 1/2 c graham crackers
° 1/3 c granulated sugar
° 6 tbsp butter
To prepare cheesecake:
° 16 ounces Soft full fat cheesecream
° 1 lemon, grated
° 1 1/4 c granulated sugar
° 1/4 c sour cream
°1/4 c allpurpose flour
° 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
° 2 large eggs
to fill in:
° 1 box of blueberry pie filling...

* Directions :

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8" x 8" baking tray with parchment paper and set to side. Mix graham cracker crumbs,/ sugar, / melt butter in  bowl & stir. Press to a baking tray to form crust and baking for 8 min. When crust is cool, whisk cream cheese, lemon peel, sugar, sour cream, flour & vanilla extract.
Finally, beat eggs / pour mixture to pan.
Spoon raspberry pie in circles round cheesecake and employ a knife to making circular designs.
Baking about 35 min and let cool totally before refrigerating about 2-3 h .
