Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna

Peanut Butter and Chocolate This is one of those flavor combinations that work perfectly to create something better than any of them individually.   Is No Bake Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Lasagna It is wrapped with chocolate peanut butter just like this chocolate peanut butter candy.

° 24 OREOS
° 3-4 tsp of melt butter
° 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
° 1 cup of icing sugar
° 3/4 cup peanut butter
° 2 cups cold whisk, divided
° 1 pack chocolate pudding
° 2 cups of milk (as directed on the box of chocolate pudding)
° 1/3 cup peanut butter, melted
° 1/3 cup chocolate chips
° 2 to 4 tablespoons of butter, optional
° 1/2 cup Reese Mini Cups, chopped
° 1/2 cup Reese's pieces

It doesn't matter if you use a metal, ceramic or glass baking dish for this dessert, because you won't be putting it in the oven.
A food processor will facilitate the creation of the oreo crust. However, if you don't have a food processor, you can put the Oreos in a zippered plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into crumbs. Then use a wooden spoon to mix in the butter.
I prefer to use my KitchenAid blender to create the peanut butter and cream cheese layer, but a manual blender works just as well.
Make sure you buy an instant pudding mix and not a bake and serve type.
Although we use melted candy in this recipe, you can use a good dark chocolate in the microwave. Or if you prefer a more elegant look, use a vegetable peeler to shave off the sweet and sour chocolate for the garnish.
If you're traveling with this chocolate peanut butter lasagna, be sure to keep it in the fridge until you're ready to go. If possible, transport in a cooler if your trip is longer than 30 minutes. When you arrive, store it in your hostess' refrigerator.
If by any chance you have any leftovers, this lasagna dessert should last up to 4 days covered in the refrigerator.

Enjoy !
