* Ingredients :
° 2 lbs-ground-beef or turkey
° 3 tbsp Minced garlic
° 1 large yellow onion, diced
° 2 1/2 cups of water
° 1/2 cup beef broth
° 1/3 cup olive oil
° 2 can tomato-sauce (15 ounces)
° 2 cans (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
° 1 T Italian seasoning
° 3 bay leaves
° 1 T seasoned salt
° 1/2 T black pepper
° 2 c elbow-macaroni, un-cooked
° 1 c grated-mozzarella-cheese
° 1/2 c grated-cheddar-cheese
* Methods :
In saucepan, sauté the ground meat in skillet on medium-high heat to half-cooked, removing from heat.
Adding garlic, onions, olive oil & until meat is cook-through.
Adding water also broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian season, bay leaves and seasoning salt, pepper
Mix well. Lower heat & covering
Cooking about 20 min, stir occasionally.
Adding un-cooked elbow macaroni to pan, stirring well to mixed .
Covering again also simmer for about 30 min .
Time cooked, removing bay-leaves
Adding just cheddar cheese & mix to well mixed
Adding mozzarella only before serve
