* Ingredients for 6 to 8 people:

° 340 g sliced ​​pineapple
° 225 g butter
° 200 g sugar
° 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
° 5 eggs
° 250g of flour
° 2 tsp baking powder
° 50 g grated coconut + 2 tablespoons for decoration
Preheat oven 180 ° C.
Drain pineapple tranches & keep juice.
In a saucepan, caramelize 25 g of butter with 25 g of sugar and 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Reserve the caramel.
