LowCarb-Chicken & Bacon Casserole



This delicious keto chicken and cheese bacon casserole is full of delicious cheese. It's perfect for dinner and easy on a budget.


* Ingredients :

° 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
° 1⁄2 pound bacon
° 2 cups broccoli
° 8 ounces grated provolone cheese
° 1 cup chicken broth
° 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
° 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
° 1 teaspoon oregano
° 1 teaspoon basil

* Directions : 

Preheat oven to 350.
Cutting bacon to 1-inch pieces & fry to mostly crunchy.
Cutting chicken to cubes and cook in pan to pink color disappears.
Placing chicken & bacon in bowl & place in refrigerator to cold .
In blending bowl, mix broth, cream, mustard, herbs, & salt // pepper to taste.
While chicken & bacon have cooled most of way, adding shred cheese & broccoli.
Placing chicken blend in casserole dish, & pour sauce on it.
If cooking totally, place in oven & baking for 25-30 min
To cool about later, covering dish with tin foil & placing in refrigerator. While you're ready to cooking , taking casserole out of the fridge & preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the dish lid and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the food is hot all the way through.
