Cheesecake is guaranteed, refreshing and delicious.
Preparation: 20 - 25 minutes Cooling: 5 hours

* Ingredients :

° 45 vanilla wafers (about half a pack)
° 450 gm soft Canadian cream cheese
° ½ cup (125 ml) sugar
° 1/4 cup (50 ml) cream 10>ggs
° 1 medium orange
° 1 medium lemon
° 1/4 oz (7 g) package of unflavored gelatin
° 1 cup (250 ml) whipped cream 35�cor
° 1 orange
° 1 lemon

* preparation :

Line the bottom and sides of a well-greased 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan with vanilla wafers. Cold.
Beat cream cheese and gradually add sugar, 10% cream and eggs. Continue whisking to mix is smooth. Grate orange & lemon. Stir the zest with the cream cheese mixture.
Squeeze the fruit. Save the juices. Sprinkle the juice with gelatin and leave for 5 minutes. Gently heat, just enough to melt. Let it cool down. Mix this mixture well into the cream cheese mixture.
