* Ingredients :
° 1 egg
° 2 tablespoons of fine breadcrumbs
° 1 small onion, chopped
° 1 tsp sauce Worcestershiire
° ½ tsp salt
° ¼ tsp black pepper
° 1 lb lean ground beef
° 2 tsp oil vegetable
° 1 ½ c chop mushrooms
° 1 garlic clove, chopped
° ¼ tsp thyme
° 1 tsp allpurpose flour
° 1 cup sodium reduced beef broth
° 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
* Preperation :
Beat egg in bowl; stir in breadcrumbs, half onion, half the Worcestershiire sauce, salt and amp; pepper; Beef. Form 4 balls.
Heat oil on-high heat in large nonstick skillet; brown meatballs for 2 min on each side. Placing them on plate & removing fat from pan.
Adding rest onion, mushrooms, garlic & thyme to pan; cook, stir, for 2 min
Flour all, stirring in rest of sauce Worcestershiire, beef broth & tomato paste. Cooking, stirring, about 1 min
Returning meatballs to pan, reduce heat, covering & simmer, turning time, about 10 minutes
