DO-NOTHING-CAKE



This dessert takes its name because it was born in the 1940s, the recipes have beenusually made from scratch, had a lot of ingredients, and were difficult to make. It's super easy, it doesn't take long to mix and it's so delicious.This is a good dessert to have for any occasion and ideal for any festive gathering.


* Ingredents : 

+cake:
° 2 cups flour
° 2 cups of sugar
° 2 eggs
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1 medium size pineapple, crushed, undrained
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, pour to prepared 13 x 9 pan & bake for 40 min .
Topping:
° 1 stick of butter
° 1/2 cup white sugar
° 2/3 cup evaporated milk
° 1/2 cup brown sugar
Blend in  medium saucepan & cooking about 5 min , not boiling.
Removing from fire & stiring :
° 1 c coconut
° 1 c chopped pecans
Pour mixture on hot cake.
