Crock Pot Broccoli-Cheddar Potato Soup is thick, creamy and cheesy. This crock-pot soup recipe is simple & glutenfree, too!
* Ingredients :
° 32 ounces frozen broccoli (fresh doesn't stand up well)
° 2 potatoes, sliced
° 1 box chicken cream
° 1 can of cream of mushrooms
° 1 small onion cut into slices
° 2 garlic cloves, minced (1.5 tsp)
° 1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
° 1/4 stick butter
° 1 piece Velveta cheese
° 1 teaspoon flour
° Salt and pepper to taste
* How to make it :
Peel the potatoes, chop the garlic, cut the onions into thin slices, and throw them all into the crock with everything else. Simmer on high heat for 4-5 h or To potatoes // broccoli are tasteful.
