So I seasoned the seasonal Cajun shrimp and cooked them in butter ... andouille sausage.

Chicken marinated with cajun spices also and fried. I used linguine pasta.

Add the onion, sweet pepper and a tablespoon of thyme. Fry in butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adding red pepper & cooking for 3 min .

Adding 1/3 c of reserved cook liquid from pasta, salt, & tomatoes; Brings to  boil.
Minimize heat, & simmer about 5 min 

Take the skillet off the heat. Stirring in shrimp/sausage/chicken also pasta.
Stirring in heavy cream. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat or until completely heated up.

Sprinkle more thyme. Adding Cajun seasoning to you get flavor you want.
