Butter Pecan Cookies

* Ingredients :

° 2 tbsp. tablespoon of butter
° 1 ½ cup chopped pecans
° 1 ½ tsp. tablespoon of sugar
° 1/2 cup unsalted butter
° 1/2 cup of sugar
° 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
° 1 egg
° 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
° 1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
° 1/2 tsp. baking soda
° 1/2 tsp. salt

* Preparation steps :

Preheat the oven to 375 ° F (190 ° C).Line bakingsheet wiith  paper parchment.
In a skillet over medium heat, toast the pecans in 2 Tbsp. butter, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp. of sugar on top.
Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup sugar and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls on the baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown. Let cool.
