You can serve as here, with creamed spinach and bacon.

* Ingredients

° 4 Thin chicken cutlets
° 8 slices of gruyere
° 4 slices Raw ham
° 1 large egg
° 5 tbsp. Breadcrumbs
° 2 tbsp. Flour
° 2 tbsp. olive oil
° 25g Butter
° Salt

* Preparation steps:

Cover each chicken cutlet with the ham and then the slices of Gruyère. Fold them into a slipper.
Crack the egg into a deep plate, beat with a fork with 1 tsp. of oil and a pinch of salt. Spreading breadcrumbs on other plate.
Flour the blue cords, pass them successively in the two plates.
Heat 1 tsp. oil an&d butter in skillet on heat. Brown the cordon bleu for 5 to 6 minutes on each side over low heat so that the breadcrumbs do not burn.
