Mini Banana Pudding Cheesecakes are an easy to make cheesecake recipe perfect for your next party!

* Ingredients:

° 1 cup Crushed Nella Wafer or Graham Crackers
° 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
° 3 tablespoons melted butter
° Banana cheesecake filling with milk
° 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
° 2/3 cup granulated sugar
° 1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 2 whole eggs
° Appetizer
° Sweetened whipped cream
° 12 slices of banana
° 12 Pieces Mini Nella Cookies Wafer

* Directions:

Preheaat oven 350 degrees.
Cover a standard 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners.
Mix the cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter together until it resembles wet sand.
Put about 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into each lined muffin tin. Employ back of  tsp press crust mixture to bottom  liner.
Baking for 5-8 min to light brown.
Take it out of the oven to cool.
Banana cheesecake filling with milk
Reduce oven temperature 325 degres.
Whisk cream cheese to smooth // creamy. Slowly beat the sugar with the cream cheese until the mixture is homogeneous.
Mix mashed bananas and vanilla.
Scrape the sides of the bowl well.
Beat eggs 1 at a time. Scrape sides bowl between every add .
Divide mixture evenly over crust in muffin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Turning off oven & crack oven door about other 5 min .
Transfering pan to  cooling rack to totally cooled.
Put it in the fridge until it cools down.
If desired, garnish each refrigerated banana pudding cheesecake with sweetened whipped cream, a small nilla wafer and a banana slice before serving.
