This light and fluffy pineapple cake with just two ingredients is the easiest and tastiest cake you can make.
* Ingredients :
° 1 box of angel food cake mix
° 20 oz. Crushed pineapple with juice
* Directions :
Move the rack to the lowest level in the oven. Preheat oven to 350.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl (do not over mix).
Grease the tray of the package. Pour into a prepared frying pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes in the skillet.
You may need to use a spoon to loosen the bowl of the package before inverting it. Let it finish cooling after removing it from the pan.
