The EASIEST-Eclair-Cake – The ideal no-bake recipe !




No-Bake Eclair Cake is dessert made from raw biscuits, custard & chocolate Frost . Easy NoBake Eclair Cake is not only easy to prepare but also delicious, no stove or oven needed! The hardest part? I'm waiting to eat this!
This is a delicious dessert for the crowd and it is very easy to change its taste.

You can use chocolate chip cookies and custard, you can substitute vanilla chocolate pudding or cheesecake pudding, many flavor combinations can be tried, I've seen someone use strawberry pudding and strawberry cream, or cheese pudding with strawberry jam. There are many options !

* ingredients:

° 2 (3.5 oz) kg.   Vanilla Instant Mix Pudding
° 1 bowl (8 ounces) thawed frozen whipped cream
° 3 c milk
° 1 package (16 oz) graham cracker cubes
° 1 (16 ounces) prepared chocolate cream

* Directions :

Step 1: In a medium bowl, add milk, whisk, and pudding mix. Stir until well blended.
Step 2: Add cookie cubes to the bottom of a 13" * 9" baking tray.
Step 3: Spread the custard dough over the biscuit layer.
Step 4: Add another layer of biscuits on top of the pudding mixture.
Step 5: Put the remaining pudding on top of the biscuits.
Step 6: Lay the remaining biscuit pieces on top of everything.
Step 7: Freeze the cake completely.
Step 8: Put the cake in the fridge for 4 hours.
Step 9: Serve It Up and Enjoy!
