SAUSAGE-GREEN-BEAN-POTATO CASSEROLE




This juicy and juicy sausage, green beans and potato casserole is the perfect combination of meat, vegetables and potatoes for a hot lunch.The recipe is thick and easy to prepare and I'm sure the whole family will love this recipe!For chilly nights, a stew with sausage, green beans and potatoes is ideal.

I use fresh green beans for this dish, but if you've just frozen, they'll work just ok, and if you're having trouble finding creamy potatoes, you can use red potatoes.

* Ingredients :

° 1 1/2 pounds kielbasa sausage or smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
° 2 pounds blanched baby potatoes, washed and cut in half
° 2 15-ounce cans green beans, drained
° 1/8 cup vegetable oil
° 1/4 cup butter
° 1 cup chopped onion
° 3 cloves minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon slap, Mama®️ . seasoning
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 teaspoon pepper
° 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
° 1/4 cup water

* Directions :


Preheaat oven 400 degres & spray  9*13 baking tray with nonstick spray.Wash potatoes with cream, cut in half and place in a sealed gallon bag.
Add the oil, spices, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the bhaji. Shake up coat.In a large saucepan, add the sausage and water and cook over medium heat until the sausage is golden brown and most of the water has evaporated.Remove the sausage from the pan and when it has cooled, add it to the bhaji.

Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and garlic and cook until the onion becomes translucent.Let cool for a few minutes and then when it is cool enough add it to the bhaji and shake to mix well.Finally, place the green beans in a bowl, shake the mixture to dissolve, and then pour the filling into the prepared baking dish.Covering with foil aluminum & placing in oven.Baking about 40 minutes or to potatoes are tender.
