*Pork Chops Supreme*

Pork Chops Supreme is my family's favorite comfort pork recipe. This was one of my favorite recipes when I was just learning to cook.

The recipe originally came from a Betty Crocker Cookbook from the 1960s. It was one of the first dishes that every person cooked. My husband loved it then and still does! Try making Supreme Pork Chops for your loved ones.

° 4 boneless pork chops
° 4 sweet potatoes, cut into thin slices
° 1 sachet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
° 1 can of cream of mushrooms
° 1/4 cup milk
° Salt and pepper to taste

Pickle pork ribs in 1/4 cup butter, then drain.Cut the potatoes in a medium saucepan into an even layer. Lay the pork chops on top of the potatoes, mix the onion soup mixture with the cream of mushrooms and milk, and pour over the pork chops. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Enjoy !
