Fresh Broccoli Salad



This sparkling and colorful broccoli salad recipe includes a tangy creamy dressing, crunchy bacon, chewy raisins, crunchy almonds, and scrumptious purple onions. tasting! Here's a recipe to spice up your summer meal, or even create unusual decor for your Christmas dinner.

* Ingredients :

° 2 heads of broccoli (pink florets cut into bite-size pieces (discard stems))
° Eight ounces. Bacon (cooked / chopped)
° 8 oz Cheddar cheese (inch cubes)
°  1 onion (finely chopped)
° for garnish
° 1 c mayonnaise
°  Half c sugar granulated
 ° 3 teaspoons of white vinegar

* Directions  :

In a large bowl, add the broccoli, bacon, cheese, and onions.
In bowl, beat mayonnaise, sugar, & vinegar jointly .At the same time, stir the sauce with the broccoli mixture until all the broccoli is covered.The broccoli salad can be served right away, but it's best if you cover it and refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
