EASY-BIG-FAT-YEAST-ROLLS



I wore it at our state fair two years ago and won the first place.  I really like this recipe.However, some changes have been made.I added 2 tablespoons of butter to 2 tablespoons of ghee. I also increased the sugar to 1/2°C. and flour to 2 1/2 c. so beautiful! I ate three as soon as they came out.

Really cool recipe...I ended up putting them in a small round cake pan (all in a row, so the two sides touch) they still look great!

* ingredients :

° 1 c warm water
° 1 pkg active dry yeast
° 1/4 cup sugar
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 3 tablespoons soft butter
° 1 large egg, scrambled
° 3 1/2 - 4 c allpurpose flour

* Methods  :

1. Preheat oven 350 degres. Cast water and yeast to large bowl & adding following 4 ingredients.Crochet with dough until everything is well mixed.  2.Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups of flour and stir until smooth (not sticky). 

 3.Placing on a floured board also knead several times to smooth. 

 4.Put it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and leave to ferment for about 45 minutes in a warm place.  

5.Puunch out & process on flour board.  

6.Form 12 roll & place on a 13  9-inch greased baking pan.Get up again for about 30 minutes.  

7. Baking 350 degrees for 21 min .

8.Brush the surface of the muffin with butter (or something similar).
