Baked Potato Wedges with Garlic Parmesan are super easy and have the best garlic Parmesan flavor!Get ready to dip these nuggets into all your favorite sauces! Crunchy garlic and avocado (baked) potatoes, parmesan herb potatoes, asparagus with creamy Greek yogurt or baked zucchini potatoes are just a few of the other healthy fries you can try !
* Ingredients: 

° 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced
° 4 tablespoons olive oil
° 2 teaspoons salt
° 2 teaspoons garlic powder
° 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
° cup shredded parmesan cheese
Optional: fresh parsley (or cilantro) ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

* Directions :

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a large baking tray with a little oil and set aside.
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir until covered. In a small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle the potato slices with grated cheese, turn to coat, and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
Lay the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with the skin sides facing down. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until potatoes are tender with a fork and golden. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and sauce for dipping.
